Selection:

Branch recruit personnel according to stringent laid down parameters. This includes education, age, physical fitness, language proficiency, and background.

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION / RECRUITMENT

Qualification:

• Special preference for candidates with 10th Standard certification for Security Guard positions.
• Special preference for candidates with 12th Standard to Graduate level education for Supervisor / Inspector roles.
• Special preference for Home Guards, Civil Defense personnel, and Ex-Service Men.
• Security experience gained from previous employment at a Security Company is advantageous.

Physical Standards:

• Height: Above 5’7” (170 cm)
• Weight: Between 55 kg and 80 kg.
• Chest: Minimum 32” – 34” (81 cm – 86 cm)

Documents:

• Birth Proof: School Leaving Certificate, SSLC Mark Sheet, Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority, or Affidavit (Any One)
• ID Proof: Driving License, Voting ID, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or Student ID Card (Any One)
• Address Proof: Passport, Ration Card, Electricity Bill, BSNL Bill, Letter from Society, or Registered Lease Agreement (Any One)

Police Verification:

• Forward the application form through our office for a Character Certificate (Police Clearance Certificate).
